Dear: Brothers and Sisters,
Recently the Energy Council held our sixteenth annual conference in St. Catherines as you are aware we lost our president Rick Williams and who was also a long standing member of Local 555. As president I want to thank everyone once again for their support and help during the conference, we could not have done it without your help.
It was election year at the conference and I would like to introduce you to your council:

As you are aware businesses are closing their doors during this economic recession and unfortunately the energy council is losing to large supports of the council, Locals 672 and 9670 your service to the council and support are going to be greatly missed.
At this time I would like to urge any locals that did not attend the conference to contact myself, in order to discuss how we can bring you back to the conference.
